START WITH A DISCOVERY CALL

In this one-hour complimentary consultation, we speak with the owner of the company to get a sense of what challenges they are facing and what kind of obstacles the team is wrestling with. We will also explore your capacity for challenge and self-reflection. Bring your questions! This call is a dialogue where each of us has a chance to see if it makes sense to work together and how we can be useful based on their company’s specific needs.

If we decide to move forward, the next step is to schedule a half-day intensive with your team or a leadership climate assessment.

UNSTUCK: HALF DAY INTENSIVE

A half-day intensive brings your leadership team together to learn new skills and to have conversations like never before. These intensives, on a variety of topics, are designed in response to the areas of friction that you have identified as needing specific attention.

Leadership climate assessment

LEADERSHIP CLIMATE ASSESSMENT

A deeper dive than a half-day intensive, during a leadership climate assessment, we engage each member of your leadership team with an in-depth survey and a two-hour individual interview, listening for the “real story” in people’s perspectives and inviting their frank assessments of the strategic needs and opportunities which, if addressed, would bring leadership in the company to the next level.

 

These survey responses and interviews are strictly confidential, so people can speak freely. After collecting all of this raw data, we create a report that surfaces themes, patterns, and recommendations for possible steps forward, whether with us or with other resources.

INTERNAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

On the heels of the Half-Day Intensive or the Leadership Opportunity Assessment, often, people’s hunger is aroused to learn more and to grow. In those cases, in conversation with you, we design a customized leadership development strategy, addressing areas specific to your leaders and the direction you’ve set. Sometimes, this strategy emphasizes individual coaching. Other times, it’s a series of trainings. Most often, it’s a combination of working with individuals and teams. But that all depends on the particular circumstance and the observations that come out of our early engagement.
